• If you have problems that require personal counseling, please obtain suitable counseling before your problems become more severe.

• Do not fail to obtain suitable medical care from your primary care physician.

• Please be alert for such things as: deep depression, threatened suicide, morbid talk of death or loss of contact with reality (as sometimes results of loss of sleep) and take appropriate measures for the safety of all who may be involved.
